Carbon Robotics engaged Communiqué to build awareness, credibility, and category leadership as it redefined modern farming through AI-driven robotics. Using computer vision, deep learning, and precision technology, Carbon Robotics helps growers automate labor-intensive tasks, lower costs, boost yields, and reduce herbicide use — advancing both productivity and sustainability.

Defining Rideshare Launch and Positioning for Acquisition 

Communiqué PR began working with Spaceflight (now part of Firefly Aerospace) in 2014 to build visibility, credibility, and market leadership for its rideshare launch services — giving satellite developers and researchers reliable, cost-effective access to space. By building a strong network of industry partners, the company helped shape and legitimize the emerging rideshare launch category.

Our multi-year communications strategy evolved across four key pillars: establishing Spaceflight as the category leader, turning milestones into proof points of innovation and momentum, driving consistent visibility across top-tier media, and managing communications around Firefly’s 2023 acquisition.

Increasing AI-Powered Engagement in the Crowded CX Market

Communiqué PR’s partnership with Mosaicx, now part of WestCX, began before the brand’s launch and has evolved alongside it. We first supported the team by shaping early messaging and developing content for Intrado’s Hoot solution. As the company transitioned to Mosaicx, we guided the launch of its PR strategy and later supported the integration of Televox. Throughout each phase, we’ve remained a trusted, nimble partner, aligning communications with the brand’s evolution. Together, we’ve helped Mosaicx and Televox strengthen their presence in the competitive CX and healthcare markets under the growing WestCX portfolio.

Since 2021, we’ve partnered with the team to drive visibility, credibility, and growth through strategic communications. Our engagement now extends across the broader WestCX brand, encompassing both Mosaicx and Televox PR and LinkedIn.

We guided Mosaicx through a successful rebrand that built alignment with West Technology Group, drove engagement through content and creative storytelling, and elevated executive visibility through high-profile media and analyst relations.
