What We Do

Communiqué PR's methodical three-step approach to public relations is disciplined, multifaceted, and road-tested for its effectiveness.

Analysis
The first step is information gathering, conducting research and getting grounded in our clients' business objectives. We review editorial coverage, conduct brand-audit perception studies, analyze the competitive landscape, and talk with customers, journalists, industry analysts and influentials to build informed and actionable opinions.

During this stage we also conduct an inventory of client assets and liabilities. We identify the players who are best equipped to help you tell your story, take stock of reference customers and partners, and consider your unique value proposition.

Only after we have a clear understanding of your business objectives, your assets and liabilities and a survey of the competitive landscape do we move to the second step—planning.

Planning
The second step is to develop your strategic public relations plan or roadmap which outlines how we will achieve the results that will impact your business -- be they brand awareness, thought leadership or awareness and demand for your products and services. We believe strategies and tactics go hand-in-hand, and make a creative, concerted, intelligent and passionate effort to design strategies that ensure desired tactical results.

Once we have conceived sound strategies that will drive tactics, we undergo a comprehensive review with you to make necessary refinements, arrive at shared expectations around deliverables, and set the stage for execution.

Execution
